Guochun Shen（沈国春）
Professor and principal investigator at the School of Ecological and Environmental Sciences, East China Normal University, and Siyu Wu’s doctoral advisor. His research focuses on biodiversity mechanisms under climate change, particularly in evergreen broad-leaved forests. He combines field observations, experiments, quantitative modelling and statistical inference to study habitat filtering, interspecific competition, species coexistence and community change.

Ecology researcher working on forest structural complexity, near-surface remote sensing, light-resource heterogeneity and biodiversity. His work combines long-term forest observations, LiDAR data and spatial statistics, with an interest in reproducible research tools and interactive science communication.
